What is included in the community support?

The DotVVM team is actively watching StackOverflow, Gitter and GitHub, and responds to questions and issues. However, we cannot guarantee any fixed response time, and the amount of time we can spend answering questions is limited.

How does the premium support work?

The premium support can be purchased on a per-developer basis for 12 months.

Once you purchase the support package, you'll get access to a private service desk where you can post questions or feedback.

The premium support guarantees that we will respond until the end of the next business day (in Central Europe Time). The answer will either suggest a solution or a workaround for a problem or request more information if we cannot identify the cause of the issue.

If the problem is identified as a bug, we'll start working on a fix immediately. Most bugs are fixed in a matter of days, including the necessary testing and actions we have to do before publishing a new release. You'll be getting regular updates on the progress.

The premium support also includes 3 hours of video conference. You need to request it using the private service desk. A member of the DotVVM team will schedule an online meeting where you can ask any questions, show us the problem you are facing, or discuss any .NET-related topic. If the online meeting doesn't solve your problem, we'll follow up with a solution or a workaround.

You can always request more of our time - it will be billed on a per-hour basis.

What is not included in the support?

You cannot use the support to:

  • Request new features or enhancements of the framework or its components. We'll be happy to hear your feedback or ideas, but we cannot implement them as part of the support package. However, we can do it as part of the [Custom development] services.
  • Ask questions which are not specific to using DotVVM. We'll be happy to help you with any .NET-related problem as part of [Custom development] services.
